Dermabit 4170

Dermabit 4170 has been hugely popular in Ireland since its launch in the early 1980's, among architects and contractors looking for a reliable, high performance waterproofing membrane with excellent tensile strength and tear resistance.

The compound used in Dermabit membranes contins distilled bitumen and the latest generation techno-polymers (APAO) which ensure excellent properties of flexibility, elasticity and adherence as well as making Dermabit extremely resistant to ageing.

Thanks to the use of reinforcement with a high mass per unit area and continuous non-woven polyester stabilised by means of glass strands, Dermabit guarantees outstanding mechanical performance and dimensional stability.

It is especially designed for large surfaces subject to high thermal stress due to direct sunlight or high termperature build-up.
