General
To obtain a smooth surface suitable for felting the deck (A) should be covered with a sand/cement screed (B).
- The screed (A) should be painted with two coats of Bitumen Primer (C).
- Torch on Multiplast 40200 (D).
- Loose lay the insulation boards (E) which should have fibre-glass membrane and fix them with mechanical fasteners (F) through to the concrete deck according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Loose lay a layer of Gruver (G) perforated felt, butt jointing in preference to lapping.
- Torch on Dermabit 30160 (H).
- Torch on Casali Dermabit Extra 4170 or Casali Dermabit Extra 43170 mineral (I).
- If the cap sheet (L) is Casali Dermabit 4170 it should be painted with 2 coats of Aluminium Reflective Paint (L) preferably 4 to 6 weeks after felting.

*In case of roofs exposed to high winds, we suggest to mechanically fix the underlay (H) to the deck (A) avoiding the use of Gruver (G).
